“ This little out of the way diner was a great pit stop for our road trip. The staff was absolutely pleasant. Being on a road trip as a vegetarian is a little challenging to find good food for me. The Summerton Diner offered a 3 piece vegetable platter that had me wanting seconds of everything. The broccoli and cheese casserole was Soo delicious! The Mac and cheese was crispy on top and creamy on the inside. I was thrilled with every bite. My husband got the turkey club and admitted it was beat thing he's eaten the whole road trip (over 1200 miles up to that point) Ohh and I almost forgot to mention the sweet tea! The sweet tea was served perfectly cold with crushed ice and it made my day when the server brought us 2 cups to go at the end of our meal. I will definitely try to find my way back here to try more of their dishes in the future. If you're on the fence take my word for it. This place is worth a try!! ”
